The staff are nice and friendly. The shop is clean, tidy and well presented.
We've just introduced our baby to raw food and selected all of the flavours to try of the "raw and simple" range. Turns out the only one the baby doesn't like is goose, after learning this my partner returned to the store and asked for an exchange of the two remaining packs of goose, which was denied. Disappointing but we fully understand why after an explanation of "we don't know if it has been kept at suitable temperature". However there is no statement in store or online about returning frozen items to store. Please advertise that any frozen foods can not be returned or exchanged rather than pushing very appealing offers.

Love Jolleys
Love Jolleys for all our supplies and treats we need for our 3 dogs. The staff at the Wrexham store are also really helpful and always appear happy and on hand to give advice.

The staff always above and beyond to…
The staff always go above and beyond to help us. They are one of our collection points for our Cat rescue Charity (Candy and Tibby Trust) they as a branch and company as a whole our so supportive to helping us save Cats in our local area.

Pet Clinic thoroughly recommended
I have used Jollyes Pet Clinic on a number of occasions for vaccinations and microchippjng. It's so much cheaper than using my usual vet. All staff in the Wrexham branch are super friendly helpful. I buy my dog food there too as its cheaper because their Pet Club members get 15% off as long as its not already on special offer.
