From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Great service. Above and beyond.
We had a hamster that had bitten through the hard plastic of his cage and I went in to buy a new one. I was very impressed with the man who helped me. He was very knowledgable about hamsters and not only did he advise on cage size, type, and best habitat, he went the extra mile and advised on the best food and toys to give it, and reasons why the hamster had tried to escape.

Sometime is ok the food for my dog i don't
found all the time the food what i need but no all.the time and this is not ok ..I can't give you 5 stars because i pay vat too.MUCH and în the another shop.i don't pay nothing..for example if I pay total 25 € i need to pay 8 pound extra for the VAT. IT IS TOO MUCH thanks. I hope.you improve your cost and the shop.

Arrived for appointment to find 3 people in front of me despite having booked the first appointment for the day therefore why have a appointment service if you are not going to adhere to it waited almost a hour for the appointment despite being on time

The staff are lovely
The staff at Jollyes are really helpful and friendly. I bought the wrong UV lights for my bearded dragons' vivariums and they took these back without question. Would definitely recommend!

I was in a hurry and left an item…
I was in a hurry and left an item behind after paying. The member of staff at the till thought to check that I had used my loyalty card and kept the item safe until I returned to collect a couple of days later. Friendly and great initiative.
