From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Found what I wanted easily. Got served quite quickly assistant very happy to be there. This is not always the case when I’ve been in there. Assistant who’s covered in tattoos was very rude to me a few weeks ago. Calling me a lier !!

Helpful staff & well stocked store.
The store holds all the things I need from a pet shop. Good range of foods, treats, bedding, accessories & animals.
All the staff I've interacted with are knowledgeable, friendly & helpful.
Prices are competative.

Always very knowledgeable and helpful members of staff to help with any advice needed. Highly recommend the waterloovile store to purchase any pets products and valuable advice by staff.

Friendly staff, shelves well stocked.
Reason for not giving a 5* rating is that each time we go in, usually following an hours walk to the shop with our dog, who loves to ‘goJollyes’ the water bowl is empty and we have to ask for a fill up!
