Great products available and gret price our dog LOVES there "Lifestage" dry food (which i think is there own brand) loads of different flavors
Our cats also like there "livestage" dry cat food but avalability/ variety can be a bit sketchy

Also good experience good prices

Quick and easy to fine items hat I needed and the price of the most expensive item was discounted

Great pet shop . Sales everything for all my pets even my chickens 🐔 nice helpful staff.

Always friendly and welcoming great products and range of stocked well with variety of stuff for your pets

The item I was looking for was available to buy and I also picked up some extra treats for my cat. The young lady at the cash register was very friendly and we had a nice chat.

The staff were helpful and friendly.
I didn't know if the shop sold frozen natural dog food so i asked a member of staff, the staff member showed me where the food was and said if i needed any more help she would be happy to help which was nice.
There was a good selection of the food that i wanted.
My dog enjoyed her food so i will be buying more on a regular basis.

I must say that each time I’ve visited jolleyes it has always been very pleasant.
The staff have made me feel very welcome and take a great interest in helping me care for my pet .
Each time I’ve left I have always felt they go above and beyond.

Staff are always very helpful, polite and friendly. The sack of dog food we bought was carried to the counter for us and our transaction was smoothe and friendly.

Fed up travelling to stock up Royal Canin wet pouches and only four to choose from??! When I do finally find some I am faced with miserable po faced non interested staff!!
You really must get your act together as it is Most off putting ! I travel from Marlborough you have a Vast store ——-but Very little choice boxes of Royal Canin cat wet pouches ? When I enquire to where are all the pouches the same po faced lies. Waiting until the end of the week for delivery! Why.? Are there tons of dog chews EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK. ? Yet hardly any cat pouches in Royal Canin ? And Why? More expensive than anywhere else?

Well stocked store with plenty of variety

The shop use to be such a wonderful atmosphere however it’s now such a shallow place… as an ex employee it’s sad to see that ex colleagues are out right refusing to serve me when they see me come in (especially one in particular)… I try to avoid coming in at all costs…. it’s really quite sad

Staff member went to fetch out of stock item from the back when I asked if there was any left. Very polite and helpful

And the other 5% for everything else!!

If you don't have a dog then they really don't cater for you!

We have a bearded dragon, our local store has gone from numerous shelves that cater for reptiles to now just one shelf in the corner of the store amd massively reduced their reptile line to in the words of the store staff "make more room for dog stuff"

Not impressed and the insects live food, well, about 65% of that is all just tubs full of dead bugs!

I always use jollies good value for money and the staff are all very friendly.
