From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Was disapointed in price my paw butter…
Was disapointed in price my paw butter said £2.95 on lable charged £7.95 toy said £5.00 in a basket with card saying 25% off so thought that was off the £5.00 then vat on the end of my till receipt so what i thought i was paying was incorect

Over charged
Used Stockton branch , we were over charged on 2 times and had to return to the shop to get a refund of £4 odd
Staff were lovely on both occasions but clearly prices are not up to date

Took my dog Tilly for annual…
Took my dog Tilly for annual immunisations. Vet was great with her. Gave her a health check and kennel cough aswell all for £32. Brilliant service

Purchased our dog a toy. Came home our pet was playing with the toy. She started coughing and brought up a black plastic tag from inside the toy.
We rang the store today left our concerns on your answering machine and no one has had the decency to contact us
We always have recommended Jollyes to our friends but feel very let down to what appears to be a lack of concern about Not Fit For Purpose Merchandise you have sold us.
