Had to wait for staff to finish their conversation before I got served. I've never gone back.

I use the Southport store once a week and I have always found the staff to be helpful when approached have given good advice for both my dogs and my parrot I d0 find the products a little pricey but with the discount it does bring it down a little bit which helps especially during the cost of living crisis .. the store is always clean and tidy .just wish you had more of a selection for the birds

Excellent customer service from 2 of the lady colleagues working that day. They helped us and also gave me some good advice. Very impressed.

Everything in one place. I have a number of different animals from quail to dogs and all have their own needs. Jollyes was able to provide everything I needed. Staff very helpful.

Nice friendly staff

First time visiting Jollyes yesterday, and I cannot believe why I never went in there before? Cannot fault them. From stock to their customer service - all excellent. My fluffer enjoyed sniffing around too.

Purchased a cage over the internet with extra money off click and collect. Travelled over an hour to pick it up to find it was the incorrect cage (stocking levels not correct). On asking to get a transfer to another store closer to home it sounded promising but after chasing 3 days later no movement had been made so empty promises and no update provided. Ended up getting a cage elsewhere without having to collect.

Need to buy specialist cat food each month, here it so much cheaper than p@h plus you get the monthly discount card too.
