Staff always friendly and attentive

Staff are friendly and knowledgable, and the discount voucher is a great incentive to shop there.

Always used the same pet shop which was bought by Jollyes around 18 months ago. They have now stopped stocking our dog’s brand of food so we have to now resort to ordering it online from the manufacturer. Shame as lovely staff who my dog enjoys seeing and usually great service and stock.

Use our local store at Snowhill Wakefield regularly- great advice and customer service. Recently got 2 bags doggy food hadn't realised til home had picked up 1 incorrect bag til opened and saw kibble size- took back they exchanged and used opened bag to donate to a pet charity- thought lovely idea. 👍🐾

The store is well stocked, always has what I need fir my pets. The staff are extremely helpful.

I’ve been to both Wakefield stores and the staff have been very helpful EVERY time. It’s the reason I’ve been going there and nowhere else since l got my 2 ex Feral kittens, now young cats. It’s well priced as I buy in bulk. I like that there are enough members of staff to help (and they actually are quite passionate with advice)
Makes a real change from stores with only skeleton staff that don’t have time to help or make sales.

I have joined your pet club as I have a small dog to take advantage of your discount cards on dog food I shop each month in store at Snowhill Wakefield. I bought food for my dog at the end of April due to the amount I had no call to attended in May when I went back in earl June I was refused the discount as I had not attended in May. I had not shopped anywhere else when I questioned this they still refused. I feel now I should take my custom elsewhere

The staff are always friendly, helpful and remember me and my dog. I have been using this store for over a year and will continue doing so.

Recently went in for skin care products for my pug, the advice and friendliness by the staff had me at ease. The lady that served me couldn’t of been nicer and more helpful
And the products I bought (their own brand of food) is amazing as well as the spray, very happy

Excellent help from a member of staff. After continued problems with the app, and at lease 3 visits to try and correct it. He spent a few phone calls to IT to fix it.

The gentleman working was super helpful and engaging!
