From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Great experience
Your colleague at the till was caught up with the customer in front of me. She was really very attentive to the customer and also myself by smiling and when it was my turn she apologised for the wait which was not long at all. Everything was easy to find in store and very clean.

I’m sorry Jollyes
I’m sorry Jollyes, I had an awful experience when I last visited your store and although it was not particularly the fault of any of the staff, it was another customer who took it upon themselves to seemingly randomly target me for abuse and humiliation, your staff did nothing and now I have also been ignored by your central customer services. I can’t see myself returning, especially not to Meadowhall retail park Sheffield.
