Staff always friendly and helpful and so lovely with my dog when I take her in.

The staff are always friendly and happy to help.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they will look in the back to check stock availability if not on shelves. Always smiling and cheerful.
This is my favourite place to shop. I must admit I do miss looking at the pets which were in store but overall I haven't one single negative comment.

Great products value for money friendly helpful staff

I came in to buy my usual dog food at about 6pm and was in store for about 20 minutes in which time I was helped by a lovely lady called Gemma. the service I received from Gemma on the checkouts was exceptional, she was lovely and polite, however the male member of staff who was also in had been sat on the floor doing nothing the entire time I was in store, it came across as very lazy and unprofessional and seemed to not want to be there at all, leaving the lovely Gemma to do all the work.

The Selby store is the staffed by the friendliest people. Always an absolute pleasure to shop there.

Always have the items I need and the staff are helpful and friendly

Great little store but all too often does not have the items we want in stock....we wanted Whiskas Dentabites, however there was just one packet in stock (our cat will not eat the other brands)

Staff were friendly & it's good to see they no longer sell live animals

The girls are so helpful and kind to my dog Calvin(who is a retired guidedog)a beautiful Labrador/retriever cross.Calvin has had his photo taken and featured on your Selby FB page.
I always buy his food/treats from Jollyes.

We've visited the Selby store twice now with our new pup and a woman called heather/helen has been amazing help to us.

Lovely staff, very pleasant and helpful

Excellent shop always clean and tidy, all the staff are friendly had a lovely member of staff who helped with the engraving machine (didn’t get their name)
Can always find what I wanted and more, probably visit every month.

Becca at Selby store was excellent. Great customer service and always a friendly with a smile and chat. Went out of her way to get me cat litter stored in the back, not on the shelf.
