From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. The staff...they are ALWAYS friendly
The staff...they are ALWAYS friendly, willing to help and point you in the right direction, no hard sell, if you say no it is accepted, the ONLY thing I'd say is, I'd like to see more whiskers cat food with gravy choices 😊

First time customer.
First time customer but found the store fine. Only slight mark down was not a great selection of cat treats but otherwise found all that I wanted.

Brilliant place to shop
Brilliant place to shop. I can't carry heavy things but at Jollyeys it's not a problem because the assistants are so helpful and kind. I bought 4 large sacks of dog food which were loaded onto a trolley for me. The lady then came with me to my car and put them in my boot. You can't ask more than that.

After having an appointment cancelled I…
After having an appointment cancelled I was given one at short notice for the day after. It was much appreciated. My little beauty came out all nice, clean and tidy. Thank you.

Could have been better
We asked for 2 items, one of which was out of stock, the other they didn't stock! We also had to ask the price of another item, as there wasn't any signage on it.
The store was clean and easy to navigate, but we found the assistant a little 'hard work'! He wasn't very forthcoming and our questions seemed a bit too much trouble to answer. He wasn't rude, but I would expect more animation from someone in a customer facing role; he was a bit dismissive when telling me I hadn't spent enough to redeem my voucher. I left the
store feeling quite deflated.
