From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. We went to use the wash & go we were…
We went to use the wash & go we were extremely disappointed the water was cold our dog is 13! The dryer was cold. We wrapped her in a towel we took with us. We took her home and used my hair dryer she was so cold didn’t walk away from dryer until she was dry. Feel the £10. We spent in there for cold water & cold dryer Horrendous ! Our dog is family we wouldn’t expect anyone to have cold shower/dryer

Friendly, helpful staff
I’ve always gone to Jollyes even before they opened up a shop in the local area. I use to order food online for my dachshund.

Voucher issue
The company is doing well offering £2 discount vouchers when you spend over £20 but when i went it to purchase dog food using the voucher, the till wouldnt accept it and hadnt done all day
