From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Sadly my visit was to return a R & R dog harnes that I purchased 6 months ago. It broke in two places she (still a puppy) made a dash accross a busy road. The situation could have been much worse. I would have given 5 stars, but a harnes that busts in 6 months is a matter for Jollyes to take up with the manufacturer....

It was easy to find the product I wanted, although I do wish the shop did smaller sizes, as I only have one cat and a large bag lasts a very long time!
I think it's a good idea to drop the loyalty cards and reduce prices.

Very helpful advice and information regarding my dogs itchy skin condition.
Bought a new harness and the assistant was willing to struggle with the medium size to ensure a good fit, we had to go with the larger size eventually.
