From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. My dog's favourite good Durhams - out of stock!
I have to make a special effort to shop at Jolley's as there are not that many branches around. I recently discovered my fussy dog really likes Durham's raw food, particularly the combined 1kg bag of turkey/lamb. The last time I bought this there was a deal buy 10 get 2 or 3 free and I remember joking with a member of staff that not many people have that amount of freezer space to buy that many bags. So I bought only 2 bags.
However, when I went back to obtain more last week there were no bags of Durhams at all, the freezer was empty. I was advised that Durhams is currently out of stock. It was really upsetting as the turkey/lamb raw mince is the only thing my dog likes and its hard to get him to eat anything else and now he hasn't eaten for 3 days. I wish I had been advised that this product was going to be out of stock and I would have indeed bought the 10 bag deal after all. It was disappointing not be be advised of this as this sort of event can really mess up a dog's diet.
