Easy to shop and found everything we needed
Visited the new Jollyes in Reading

Great selection of products .. just one person working and shop was quite busy so had to wait quite a while for help. Guy serving had good customer service skills despite being up against it

No hassle, stocked what we wanted, pet club members.

I visited Jolley's in Reading recently to look at dog food as I am looking to switch. I was offered support from a man working there who was very knowledgeable about the various foods and how to switch from one food to another. He was really helpful and I have now found my dogs new food!

Nothing against any of the personnel in store, they are always wonderful, polite, pleasantly to talk to, very knowledgeable. Alas, I bought a 20kg bag of pigeon feed and opened it up - full of grain weevils. I know this isn't the specific store's fault, but I'm a bit miffed at the fact I had to track down every weevil in my house and kill it to destroy the weevils. Hopefully I got them all.

Not a great deal of choice in raw section as a freezer was broken, very helpful male member of staff though and managed to get enough to tide us over and 10% off with pet club, thanks

Staff really helpful and friendly. They gave me a sample of pet food, which is great as my two little pooches are fussy! Will definitely be back. Prices were better than expected.

Pet sitting a family members dog whilst going away in our caravan so bought a lead and collar in the new Newport store. Picked the dog up, tried the collar on, way too big. Called into the Reading store to exchange for a smaller collar. Very helpful staff. Can not praise them enough.

Brilliant as always, for some reason the staff seem more helpful than their biggest rival, don't go anywhere else now.

The Jollye’s customer assistant who was working in the pet clinic couldn’t have been less helpful, and seemed to have quite an attitude. She came across as bored, made quite a few comments that caused myself and my mum to side eye each other thinking ‘really!?’. It was the topic of discussion for most of the drive home! A real shame as previously have had no issues, and the rest of the store team were lovely.
