From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. l am a new dog owner and needed advice on harnesses food bowls food a nd bedding. I was guided through all my purchases by a friendly and knowledgeable young lady,who also advised me how I could get 10% off future purchases as a valued customer.

Products were cheaper than the supermarket and they were reduced further if you were a member. The assistant helped me join and it was really quick & easy.

Excellent shop and service.
The service at checkout was excellent. Went in for just a spray for my dog for itchy, red and sore skin and the young lady was very helpful and friendly. I love browsing round in the shop and can always find what I am looking for.

Great service
Great service. Helpful staff the only downside was you are no longer doing the 15% cards off pet food which really helped through hard times. I hope you do something similar.

I was happy with purchases but not happy being put off buying a hutch…
I was happy with purchases but when quering about a hutch wasn't impressed by the lecture and questions I received. I have a small rabbit and it was a large hutch which I was told wasn't big enough and questioned why I needed it when I had a indoor one! Hence I left and if I purchase one it won't be from there
