From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Good experience
Went in to get voucher for discount next month and was kindly directed to new arrangement of discount on my purchase now. Then outstandingly helpful girl carried my purchase of 15 kilos to my car. Not as young as i used to be and appreciated

Puppy food
We went in to get food for our new puppy and the staff were fantastic the man we got at the till was very knowledgeable and got us the best food for our puppies needs the girl that was working was also very good and helped us I didn’t get the names but great staff

The shop has changed a lot and the staff has changed .No pets or animals for sale which is a bad thing .male staff member was so friendly and helpful just like the old staff . Hopefully the other staff will be same . Didn't seem to be many in-store . Store was well stocked

Great staff and excellent choice of products.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in terms of helping my dog get fitted for a new harness.
It was my first time in the Omagh store but I will definitely return when I'm in the area.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. When questions were asked, we were made to feel like a nuisance. Unhappy that fish are longer for sale as it was the sole reason we originally went to the shop. The store was once a friendly, welcoming and lively place to go with my girls.
