From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. The service at the till point was poor .
Very little interaction.
No offer of help with the 3 large bags of food ( which I've recieved in previous occasions ) .
The assistant was borderline rude .

Shop is great, app terrible
Shop is great, and the lifestage food range is excellent however...
Website and app are very poor.
Crashes often
Error "cannot login for security reasons" messages when I try and login when I know the password is correct.
Collecting points and vouchers is a waste of time if you can't login to use them.
It has been this way for the 2 years I have owned a dog, and I get the same issues on different phones.

Excellent shop
Excellent shop, great staff, always helpful and professional. The shop is clean and nicely organised. I find almost everything I need for my pet and the wildlife I am feeding.
