From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Good choice of cat products and used the £5 voucher for our purchases. Also bought 1 cat food and 1 dog food for the cats and dogs homes.

Went to buy cat food
Went to buy cat food, saw that they sold Birds, so walked out! Birds have wings, wings to fly and they have been given a prison sentence for the rest of their lives. Why! so some ignorant selfish people can look and talk to them behind bars. And we call our selves the human race. PLEASE DON'T BUY BIRDS - IF NO ONE BUYS THEN THERE IS NO MARKET, SO SHOPS STOP IMPORTING THEM. I HONESTLY THOUGHT IT WAS BANNED IN THE UK AS PETS AT HOME STOPPED SELLING BIRDS..

The staff at Jolleys at Llanelli couldn’t have been more helpful. The store is always clean and tidy and well stocked too.

Lovely staff
What makes a visit to Jolleys are the wonderful staff! Always helpful, happy and kind. Our dog Sky loves to sniff out her favourite treats, and loves the attention she gets from the lovely staff.

Not very friendly or helpful staff…
Not very friendly or helpful staff actually quite rude. Poor service. they were more interested in talking amongst themselves. Not sure if the person I spoke to was new but she was very uninterested in anything I was asking and I felt like I was bothering her
