From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Dreadful website. Great in store staff
I find the website very poor (I've been trying to change the phone number on my account for at least a year, even the staff in store have updated it on the system and it still shows an old number) hence I didn't order on line. I called the store and asked if they could reserve an item for me to collect the next day. The team member I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. Same applied when I collected the item the next day. Really helpful and friendly and of course pet friendly. Can't recommend the Leeds branch highly enough - great team. Alas the website isn't!!

The staff at Tulip retail park are excellent, very knowledgeable and always happy to go out of their way to help. Never go anywhere else for all my pet needs.

Very Helpfull Staff
The assistant we spoke to was very knowledgeable and was able to advise us on the best food for our overweight bulldog.

Staff are always very good
