Very friendly staff, I get cat litter regularly from there and need help, they're always helpful and carry it out to my car for me. Variety if choice for my cat and dog.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Not everything I've gone for in these days same as all the supermarkets. Prices always fair too.

Went on for a large bag of grain free dog food.... None in the store, just a small bag of lamb which Walter won't eat... Blamed it on delivery... "might" be in by the end of the week....
Shame on you!

It was very easy to make an appointment for my dog Daisy to have a full groom. A nice , clean environment and professional set up.

The groomer , Shauna, was brilliant as always with Daisy , very patient , friendly and professional considering Daisy can be a bit challenging !

The staff were lovely and helpful and seemed to genuinely have liked caring for my dog.
The only reasons not a 5 were that the website was not clear (not the shop's fault) and also we were phoned to request a later pick-up but were not made aware of what the issue was, and when asking if everything had been OK were told that there were no issues.

First time using Jolleys pet groomers & I'm so glad I did,was welcomed by a very friendly lady & we went through how we wanted our dog cut etc,the price is broken down into one price for cut which starts at £15,wash £15,ears cleaned & hair removed £4 & seasonal shampoo & spray £4 which I thought is a good idea allowing you to decide which services you require & how much you wish to spend. When we picked our westie up I was delighted with the cut & will definitely be returning, highly recommend.

The staff in Jollys are always very friendly and like to talk to you about your pets.
They also have lots of knowledge.

Friendly staff who are interested in our dog. Sales staff on the counter were pleasant and the groomer who clipped our dog's dew claws was excellent. We have a standard Dachshund so it's far from easy!!
