From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. I called in to the Halifax store to buy…
I called in to the Halifax store to buy a large amount of various pet food. Due to my medication and being disabled I asked a member of staff he was a stocky male think his name was Aaron to use the toilet only to be told in a very rude and disrespectful manner that there was no chance of me using the bathroom and he told me to go to b&q, I knew I wouldn’t make it to b&q so tried to reason with him and asked to speak to the manager. The male member of staff refused to get me the manager and I headed to b&q. The customer service I got in b&q was second to none after I collapsed due to the stress jollyes caused me. They provided me with a blanket of the shop floor and some clothes. The only reason I will go to the retail park is b&q. I will never return to jollyes again. I was taken to a&e and was in for 5and 1/2 weeks. Come on jollyes more customer service training needed
