Very helpful staff, and good selection of goods. Honest and efficient as I left my payment card at the store and was phoned immediately by staff and informed. I could not of been informed if I hadn't signed up to pet scheme so thanks for suggesting I did.

Very good service and friendly staff

The member of staff I engaged with was polite, respectful and efficient. Although he did seem a little down in the dumps. It was the end of the day though.

we were the only customers in the store and 3 people where working, 2 girls stood chatting, who saw us go up to the tills and just carried on chatting the guy who was filling the shelves and working not chatting came to serve us , he was not happy and shook his head as he walked past the 2 girls that were still chatting, cant say as i blame him as he was working not stood chatting

We called in to get a dog tag. The assistant was very helpful and friendly She made the tag for us and made a fuss of our dogs, you could tell she was an animal lover and was happy and cheerful. Great service

Always find Jollyes staff really helpful and approachable. Really good customer service. I don’t go anywhere else for my pet items.

Firstly it was our third shop looking for our particular purchase so that was great that they had it in stock.
Secondly we discovered that the Jollye’s reward card actually does reward you with reduced prices on what you actually need. Have been in other pet stores where I keep presenting reward card but never actually get a reward.
Last but not least the person that served us was brilliant- helpful, efficient & very friendly- Thank you!

They have a good range of petrol food and toys, always make sure that we are aware of deals and offers.

Thought we would go to jollys for our dog food this time, this lad that served us , well so flipping miserable, could hardly open his mouth looked like he was drugged up , what's the world coming to , gosh won't go there again . Be happy be friendly enjoy life
