Staff are helpful and friendly. But prices could be a bit cheaper, if pet food prices were a lot more affordable then there would be less abandoned pets

Excellent service from Jollyes Hailsham. From my first enquiry by telephone to leaving the Community Vet Clinic after my dog's booster vaccination. Highly recommend.

Vets not very welcoming and didn't clean the scales between patients. The shop it's self and Staff very good and friendly

Twice in the past 3 weeks you’ve had no live food for my chameleon. I know you’ve had delivery issues from your supplier but perhaps think about finding another one!

I needed to order James Wellbeloved senior dog fish and rice food, as this is the only food that my dog can tolerate. But couldn't order online as it couldn't be delivered and the closest store was 40 miles away for click and collect. Unable to order in store.
So i have had to shop elsewhere

Unfortunately the brand of dog food I buy here is intermittent due to, according to staff, them being unable to order it and it only being in random deliveries

The Hailsham store is a very clean store. Young and very friendly and helpful staff. 100% recommend. Prices are competitive.

I’ve been visiting Jolly’s for a long time now and over the years the store has been refurbished. It makes a huge difference. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One young person helped me find kibbles that are grain free and good for dogs with sensitive tummies. I also buy bird food there - very good prices.

Staff are always pleasant and kind; store has such a good selection. Easy parking. Good loyalty scheme.

The chap on reception was extremely pleasant. We even shared a giggle.

There was another very pleasant guy raising registered charity donations for guide dogs at the front door. It's a shame they won't take one of payments as I frequently put money in boxes but have learnt not to sign up otherwise I donate more than I can afford, to varied in my opinion great charities.

Lilly kitchen is my dogs emergency (or my lazy) "dog food," but they don't sell it here. 95% of the time my dog has fresh chicken, lambs kidneys/ liver, fresh fish, mixed vegetables and fruit for her meals so I am limited to what I buy in a pet shop apart from treats. She does have a few high percentage fish croquettes with her evening meal though. That brand can vary as long as not 'meal' based.
Before people think it's more costly, I have a small dog and it's not, its acttually much cheaper, but I do have to prepare it all.
However, I am just referring to personal preferences and here they have a.wide selection of toys, food, treat, bowls, etc for a range of animals, both pets and wild.
