From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. I think you need a better Internet…
I think you need a better Internet connection to the ones you have. It took 30 minutes to complete our shopping though your tills.
Other shopping was not impressed by waiting that long we spent over £100 and produced number had to be typed in. This happened at great bridge store.
P.S the staff was wonderful.

Appalling.
Took my kitten for his 2nd injections. His appointment was at 5:30pm, we got there and was waiting an over 1 hour. To then get told then vet finished at 6 so refused to do my kittens vaccines. It was his last day to be able to get his vaccines before he has to re-start his course. So now he has to have his 1st vaccines again!!! Can’t fault the receptions who were really helpful and couldn’t have apologised anymore than what they did. But over all absolutely appalling service to the vet who walked straight past me and 4 others who had been waiting for over 1 hour with no apology. Will not be returning here again. And will be taking my cat else where for his injections.

Shopped at jollyes.i was really surprised as they sell everything you need for your pets. Prices are little expensive though.staff really friendly and store nice and clean.

Staff reluctant to refund with receipt-unopened dog food
Went to return unopened dog food pouches with receipt from within a few days but great bridge staff reluctant to take back, appeared unhappy, seems like we were being told off, can’t help it if pet reluctant to eat, don’t think will shop here, been a loyal customer for yr, Asda, Tesco, others have no problems returning unopened pet food items with receipt

the lady I spoke to explained H/A dog…
the lady I spoke to explained H/A dog food for dogs which my vet said I should try my dog on,she was really helpful and took the time,I then purchased a 2kg bag of lifestage grain free to see how my dog gets on and didn't pressure me to buy dearer brands .
