staff seemed busy talking to them selves before serving customers (more than once while i was in store)
lots of missing products (not stocked up/ replaced)
staff didn’t seem to sure about product range when asked about scent games for dogs.
good prices as usual.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful, the quality of goods and prices are fantastic ours pets love there feeds and treats and the pet club is a fantastic idea that saves you abit of money wouldn't go anywere else for my pooches.
