Everytime I go there the staff are very welcoming and have a good knowledge on all the products and always happy to share it with the customer! Very very helpful.

There is such a vast and varied choice of Dog Food and Mixer etc and also some lovely treats and other items that Dog Owners need!!
But I have to say all the staff are so knowledgeable and so friendly in the Store in Ellesmere Port, I love going there and finding out about new products etc!!

Came in for tins of Chappie, none in stock. No original Chappie in stock for weeks

Love Jollyes The Pet People - they have almost everything you need for your pet. The only addition I would personally welcome would be Vet Bed (on a roll so you can buy to size). I always like to feel the quality of this, and prefer to buy from a store rather than on line because of this.

Good advice and product on my dogs skin condition

A great ground level pet store. This is a quality shop with lots of your pets accessories as just food, Parking is in front of the shop. I don't know if this Parking area is free or not. Jollies maybe able to shed some light on this?

I used this service to get my cat chipped - it was simple to book in (however I drove to the incorrect store - the lady there said she would ring the correct store 20 mins away in advance to let me know I was coming) I go to the correct store - though the Satnav took me to the front shopping area and I had to call the store for directions - however once found the lady in the store had stayed because she knew I was on my way even though it went past her time at site. They both worked together to get my cat chipped - the info was incorrect but the lady double checked with me and I was able to correct her and all was good - logged onsite and registered my cat with no problems (Also picked up a bag of cat litter on the way out!) two stores working together - Great customer service!! and a happy customer - well done Jolleys - it could of been a nightmare but my mistakes were happily worked around - Thank you !! :)
