The number of Rabbit products has gone down a lot. Can't buy half the stuff we used to.

The Lady in the shop was very helpful, I had a query & she was more than happy to help & advice me on what is best.

I'm a regular at Jolleys and love it there! It's like a toy shop for pet lovers. The staff give you time, are very passionate and they absolutely deserve a good review.
I'm in there every other day for my lizard food and there is always banter and familiarity.

First visit. Staff very helpful but also very knowledgeable. 4 stars not 5 simply because could benefit from bit more variety. I'll be going back because of the staff and certain products. Money off too if you join their pet club.

Staff very helpful I was looking for advice to get tabs to relax my dog when fireworks were going off.

They are just very helpful and always smiling. I just like going in and there's special deals are good and they just very friendly.

I went in to get a couple of fish for my new tank set up. All the tanks were empty and I was told they will not be restocking in future which was a huge disappointment. The only live animals I saw were a pair of Australian finches. The staff were polite and could not be faulted but it was still a wasted journey.

My two dogs came out well groomed and staff were happy for them to stay together until they were both collected. Four stars as I can only choose the groomer available on the website (Eccles store) but the company then ring you to explain the staff member on the website can’t handle big dogs, so I cancelled. When I rearranged a few days later I could only select the same staff member that cant handle large dogs 💁🏻‍♀️ Luckily (after saying the breed of one of my dogs was known to be aggressive) they groomed my German Shepherd and said how wonderful he had been. May book again

Helpful and friendly staff nothing to much trouble, clean and tidy store always a pleasure to go in.
