Click & Collect is a con. Appalling customer 'service'.
Tried to order frozen foods on the website, which stated the items were click & collect only and would be ready in 1 hour, so I proceeded with my order.
2 hours later, I called the store to enquire about collection, and I was told that they hadn't received a click & collect email yet, but to drive down and they'd sort it out.
I did, only to be informed that they had no stocks of the food I'd paid for, despite the website confirming 3 packs in stock.
A complete waste of my time and my fuel getting there and back, and my credit card of course has already been debited.
I have submitted additional info as requested, but it has now been 2 days and no-one has contacted me yet, either about delivery or refund. Shockingly poor customer 'service'.

The store is well laid out so items were easy to find. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There was a good selection of products. Prices were reasonable and there were some interesting special offers.
