From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. The assistant was polite and helpful
The assistant was polite and helpful. I have had a brain tumour and now have mobility problems and I had got the wrong food for my cat and she went and fetch me the other one, and explained the difference to me

The staff are really friendly which is brilliant as you go in some shops and just get no greeting from anyone. The choice and prices are good too.

Great customer service

Finding, changing... asking?
I managed to find the bags of cat litter -but only after finding the more expensive one, loading it, did I find the Jollyes own type and had to change them. The assistant did not know anythinga bout cat food needing Taurine in it. IS there anyone who knows about that, having seen it advertised (expensive too) online as necessary for a cat's longevity? Anyway, I managed to load the 2 bags of litter and box of food all into the car alone- unusually. Normally a staff member assists me. I am not exactly young and fit!

Buying power
Initially went for bird seed as this choice is acceptable both in value and mix in jollyes but on arrival was a stand with a new to the shop variety of cat food
I have previously bought this brand online so did purchase some whilst there it was pleasing to see a new brand as the cat food choice was in need of being increased. Obviously jollyes owners are learning there’s are many cat owners who like a good range of products
