From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. I go to jollys in dereham they great
I go to jollys in dereham to get my cat litter and mixed corn. It is the only place I can get the cat litter that my cats like. They are very fussy. And the mix corn is a great price for a large bag. I alway donate an item from on the till counter as well as i alway think a litter help go a long way. The staff are away very friendly as well.

A friendly welcome on entering the store, for me and my dog. The store is clean & things neatly arranged. Parking is easy, there was plenty of help if needed. All in all a pleasant shop. Prices good.

Helpful staff as always
After a struggle with the online system to place my click and collect order, as always the staff at Dereham were professional and offered me assistance to my car which as a stroke survivor was much appreciated.
