Knowledgeable staff, friendly, wouldn't go elsewhere.

Very little range of flavours of smaller bags of Lifestage and waiting time to be served was a disappointment.

The manager is awful and horrible seems like he doesn't want to be there at all , it's like he can't be bothered with the customers .

Would have been 5 but shop needs more staff on the floor as no one was at the checkout to serve as helping other customers to find things.

I wanted to order 6 lifestyle packs of food for my dog and get it delivered when I was in the store in clydebank, the shop assistant said they can't do it from there end , I informed her that I couldn't order online as the Web page didn't work properly as I tried to order online and it wouldn't go any further than the payment part ...they payment just wouldn't go through, I tried a few other times after that but I didn't even get as far as the payment part

Friendly helpful staff, able to help with recommendations and a great selection of items for all kinds of animals.

A great variety of products and shelves are well stocked. Bird seed, peanuts,fat balls all of a good quality with frequent special offers.
Staff are helpful and friendly.

I would have given 5 stars but once again they did not have one of the products I went in for. That shelf nearly always empty so it is obviously popular so they need to order more stock in!
That aside, it's a pleasant shop as staff are always friendly & helpful.

Pleasant and very helpful

Only one staff member on the whole shop floor, and this staff member was on a till. I waited for someone to emerge from the warehouse, but they never did.

I approached the girl on the till because I needed information on a large animal cage. The girl disappeared in the back, by time she wad away, the shop floor was left unattended and could be ransacked.

The girl reappeared, gave me the info, I then said I would buy it, but would need help getting it in the car.

The girl on till said that her boss was on a conference call, and she would need to ask permission to leave the shop floor.

This all happened shortly before 10am on Monday 20th Jan.

I was purchasing the last remaining unit on the shop floor, and the girl on the till said "because this is the last unit on the shop floor, you are buying the item as seen, so if you decide to buy it, and you find something wrong, or missing, you can't bring it back for a refund".

This was my first experience with Jolleys, I gave 2 stars because the cage itself was fine, wasn't happy with the Del Boy non refundable status, that stopped me in my tracks for a second beforebI bit the bullet.
