Always friendly service, good stock

Every time I come in to get my food for my pets, I am faced by happy, caring, helpful staff. It's a pleasure to come to my chippenham store. As I know I will be welcomed. Well done to the staff in the chippenham store. They deserve a pay rise.

Peter was a tremendous help, going above and beyond his Normal duties to fit a dog mask on my very anxious girl, he took the masks to the car, for me to fit, thus alleviating her stress levels of having to endure people and objects which worries her. Thank you Pete !

The assistant I asked where was a certain item took me to the place they were. The assistant who was at the cash desk helped me to the car with my items as they were heavy for me. Both of these contributed to make my purchases easy and quick, so thank you Jollys.

Everything well labelled on shelves, and fully stocked. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff, all makes it a pleasurable shopping experience.

I liked that there is a pet club discount on the ferret food that I buy. Staff member in the shop was very friendly and helpful. It is always a nice place to shop.

I am a local dog behaviourist and take some of the dogs im working with to Jollyes to help them learn about different environments, meet people and choose their own treats amongst other things. I'm always met by extremely helpful and friendly staff, especially Tegan, who always remembers each of the dogs, what treats they like and what to do and not to do with them depending on their needs. I also use Jollyes as they don't sell live animals, too many already in rescue to be breeding and selling more! They have a good range of competitively priced products too.
