Staff incredibly approachable and knowledgeable about products. Store is set out well and my favourite thing of all- being able to purchase natural treats individually not just in packs.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Almost there
I managed to get most of my things and the staff were lovely as always however I could have done with more small treat that werent wagg and I definitely needed better live food the ones out were all dead they would last better with a few water balls in them live food is very hard to get in chesterfield I was hoping to save myself having to go all the way to Mansfield

The natural food pick n mix is a good idea how ever when you get to the till not so much. The staff struggle to find the products on the iPad/till, they struggle with knowing what the products are called then input them wrong. We have been over charged 3 times now. An easier way of putting these products through needs to be thought out because it’s so annoying.
