We were served by a very helpful and friendly young man. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name.
We bought some treats for the dog and we used the dog tag machine ,
We thought the dog tag was good value and well made.

I visited Chester store for the first time, I was looking at Raw feeding my dog but really didn't know where to start!
Having approached a staff member called Stephen and explained what I was looking for, Stephen went above and beyond in helping me understand the process of Raw feeding, pros and cons etc, I explained my dogs allergies and ailments, Stephen helped me with my purchases that day, he also recommended flea and worming tablets and advised that there was a Vet in store one day a week which I didn't know about.
So I want to give Stephen the recognition he truly deserves and I look forward to seeing him again in store for more purchases and recommendations.

At last! A store with everything I need for my wide variety of animals. All under one roof with no trekking around different shops. Good prices too. Very happy.

Great products for pets with allergies and products that are all natural and healthy. Really impressed with the range of products and friendly team member on checkout when I visited.

I recently visited the Chester Greyhound store and have since received multiple emails from Jollyes asking me to leave a review. One request would have been sufficient, but I was sent several.

The store itself was fine, but nothing particularly noteworthy. I found the prices to be a bit higher than expected, and the staff didn’t come across as especially friendly or helpful.

Additionally, I’d like to mention that the review link provided in the emails appears to be trackable. I’d much prefer non-tracking links when businesses ask for feedback via email.

Jollyes had what I wanted, and more. My usual dog food store (well known) did not have the popular, widely known puppy food that I wanted. This happens too often. Jollyes had it! They also had a much better choice of parrot accessories and treats that the other store lack. Bonus! Jollyes has gained a new regular customer. I must also add that the staff were really helpful and friendly. I will be recommending Jollyes.
