Easy to get round as the shop was empty. Which is a shame

The lady at the checkout was very helpful and guided me to the right products for my needs . She was also cheerful and friendly .

I come to Jollyes to get supplies for my fancy mice and they always have a great variety to choose from. The stores are always clean and tidy and the staff always friendly. I would pick Jollyes over other big names pet stores for these reasons.

We went to your new store in Cardiff to purchase a bird cage. Staff very friendly and helpful. However when we got hope with our bird cage . Unfortunately one of the doors is not sliding open? Really disappointed with this and feel it will be a huge issue to sort out.

New shop but seems to have everything needed for pets easy to find what you want.

Well I thought I would give jollyes a go as pets at home had very little stock of which I was looking for, to my amazement jollyes had it in stock, guy serving was able to help prices seems fair a nice alternative to P,A,H for a change ,

Came to store for dog cage unfortunately cages that were left on shelves were to small for our purposes, we noticed that you did do what we required so we asked member of staff who without any fuss checked warehouse and brought out the cage we inquired about, we then signed up to store membership.

Super helpful staff who were very accommodating of our 2 lively and boisterous Golden Retriever puppies when we visited. Lots of advice on the puppy foods they carry and gave us a decent sample of new food to try when we were buying a firm favourite - the staff advised us to stick with a purchase we KNEW they liked to ensure they would eat, and offered us a free sample of a new flavour kibble to try alongside it. The staff were very loving towards our bouncy boys and also said they'd take our suggestion to the managers about supplying tinned puppy foods. Nothing was too much bother for them, a great store with fab staff. Would definitely recommend to other pet owners.

Massive choice of products instore with good prices - and nice friendly staff. However the building itself just looked like it needed a bit of tender loving care! It was a bit cold looking and not very inviting inside. I would definitely go there again because I need pet products.
