From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Staff are absolutely brilliant
Staff are absolutely brilliant, very friendly and helpful. They know there stock and can recommend from their own use lots of times. Our dogs love going as they get a treat and lots of fuss.

First Pet Buying Experience
My partner and I wanted to get a hamster. This is our first pet so we were quite cautious and full of questions about their diet, pet care, housing, toys and so on. The blonde girl that helped us choose and advised on our questions was very patient and full of knowledge, made the whole experience very easy and anxiety squashing.

The assistant in the store was really very helpfull
The assistant in the store was really helpfull to advise us about small soft treats for our older dog who had some teeth out recently. She was a pleasure to talk to and with out hesitating put forward her ideas.
The dog loved her choice.

Lucy was warm and helpful on the phone
Lucy was warm and helpful on the phone. Went I went into the store she was efficient and kind and helped me to get the best price for my item. She also put it on a trolley for me to take it out of the store. I felt very cared for .. Very impressed. 🙏
