Staff are always interested in you and your pet. Helpful in giving advice. Our dog was ill and Holly pointed us to Lifestage grain free food and Bonnie eats this no problem and hasn’t been ill since.... Leggi di più

Great choice of food and fantastic staff
Able to find exactly what I needed. My 3 year old dog has been fed life stage food since a puppy and is healthy and happy.

I spoke to a member of staff about a product that seemed to be out of stock - he was extremely helpful about when a delivery was expected & said he could email me when that happened - excellent customer service and advice about alternative products & if they wd be suitable for my neay 12 year old assistance dog
