Double charged $69 for sign up fees. When I called to dispute male voice just answered "hello" said nothing else. This feels like a scam!

Not much help really, very expensive and automatically charged even though i didn’t think i had a subscription with them!

Joggo charged me $69 and I don’t remember signing up. I did look at an ad through Instagram and completed an assessment (and they sent a report). But I didn’t authorize a charge. I can’t find a receipt anywhere— Apple, PayPal, email…I just see the charge on my credit card. Within 24 hours they responded to my email and will refund me half. Wish it were the full amount, that would be fair to me and good for their business.

This App is a SCAM.
1. RE: "Run/Walk 26.2 Mile Challenge" ads: To be "free" you need to download it from a specific link, ONLY run outdoors, AND you CAN'T pay via Google Play or the Apple Store ONLY their website. So essentially, 99% of you will not be getting this for free. None of this is mentioned in the T&C.
2.REFUNDS are also a SCAM, they say "refunds within 14 days." If you email them for a refund, they WILL NOT respond. If you also email Google for a refund (which is what Joggo's refund page tells you to do) Google will tell you it is against their policy to issue refunds unless someone else bought this on your account, or you accidentally purchased it. Joggo DOES NOT actually issue refunds.
3. App regularly pauses during runs and does not calculate distance while paused.
Be warned.

Joggo ad stated a couch-to-5k running plan. Subscribed and discovered no such plan exists in the app. Requested a cancelation and refund no more than 24 hours later (once I realized it was not user error and the program did not exist). They've refused to refund the $66 paid.

Took money from my PayPal account without me ever signing up or authorising them to do so. No response from customer service at all.

I signed up and my card was charged but I don’t have access to the website program

The link never worked i asked for a refund they ignored all my emails and kept sending the same faulty link i feel like they are a scam company the service is ill advised and unhelpful avoide like the plauge

Recently getting back into running after a 2 year hiatus, Joggo has been awesome. It gives pre and post workout exercises that I typically woukd skip, but with it right in front of you, it's a quick process. It is specific and eases you into running. I've fallen back in love with running again thanks to Joggo.
