Wanted to give Joe Casino a try, because I love trying new casinos to see their different features.
I deposited and started playing a few new games, hit a few bonus rounds early on.. won a little bit. Decided to switch up and try one of my favorite games that I play at EVERY social casino without issues.
3Oaks: 3 Clover Pots
Hit the hold and win really early, didn’t hit much. Kept spinning, because 3Oaks free games or bonus rounds normally come in twos.
A ‘luck has arrived” happened, rainbows everywhere and hit the free spins on a higher bet, and the game completely crashed. “Internal Error. Contact Support.”
Normally I just refresh the page if any type of game errors occur, but this time it’s different. Every time I refresh the game, the same error.
I decided to give it an hour to try and reload, same thing. Instantly contacted support for them to tell me ‘we have to reach out to the game provider’.
I’ve never had a sweeps casino run into a game issue like this, where they then have to reach out to 3Oaks to resolve it. Especially a social casino give absolutely NO type of resolution… after almost 3 solid days.
Here we are 3 days later and the game still won’t load. Support is no help. Absolutely NOTHING is being done to resolve it sooner.
Instead, they want me to spend more money at the casino while I wait for the issue to be resolved.
Sounds like once this issue is resolved, if it ever is, I will be closing my account. Terrible customer service, no gusto behind resolutions, and really seeing nothing but negative feedback from their reviews.
