Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. We also welcomed our second team member, Becca, who has over 19 years’ experience, including roles at TUI, The Co-operative Travel, and Thomas Cook. The package Joe put together for us was bespoke to our needs. The hotels and areas he chose for us were very good. In particular the hotels he chose for us in Hollywood and San Diego.
The two trips Joe put together with the trip were excellent.
He kept in touch with us throughout our trip and the lovely touch of welcoming note on arrival.

Wouldn't use anyone else to book through 😄
Can't fault Joe and his team at all. From initially booking right through to us coming home. Always book with Joe now as it's quick easy and stress free. We always get a good price as we know what we want and Joe always beats the price we give him.
We have had 6 holidays booked with Joe this year and he has beaten the online price on them all.
Always a welcome when we arrive at the hotel and a follow up email when we arrive home.
He also checks us in for our flights aswell which makes everything stress free.

Joe and his team booked a lovely holiday for us at the Vinci selection la plantacion in Tenerife. Flights and private transfers were excellent and the hotel was outstanding. Lovely and quiet, the food was of a very high quality, we would reccomend the 1/2 board package. The breakfast was an event on its own. Everything imaginable was available, we didn’t need to eat again till Tea time. We used the onsite restaurants also which were very nice. Staff were excellent. Probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at.

On the whole it was a great holiday
On the whole it was a great holiday. Great hotel, good food and nice people! However we spent more time in the coach than on air! EasyJet transfer wasn’t exclusively for our flight. They waited over an hour for other flights to arrive from Liverpool and Luton I think. We knew that the distance to Mahadia was 83k and it would take around 90 minutes. But we were in the coach for just under 4 hours and arrived in the hotel around 12:20am. Otherwise it was a fab holiday!!!

Been twice booking through Joe and the team. With 2 more booked this year. Every time I find a bargain on a branded holiday app. I challenge Joe to beat it. I can’t speak highly enough of Joe and his team, I’ve booked 4/5 holidays with Joe and it’s just so easy, always beats the prices I’ve been given, communication is 10/10 , Joe goes above and beyond, booked my ski holiday for 8 people at 11pm and Joe sorted everything, lift passes, equipment hire, ski carriage, he finished after midnight, il never book with anyone else, Joe, your an absolute star⭐️even checked us all in and sent the boarding passes to me

I would advise not to even enquire with this company as you will be bombarded with automated messages on Whatsapp, when advising that this is poor service and off putting you will receive a arsey response and get blocked!

You submitted an enquiry requesting a quotation and we responded accordingly. However, our follow-up messages were only sent because there was no response whatsoever from you. You completely ignored our replies, and had you simply responded initially with a quick “no thank you”, there would have been no further contact.
As a small independent business, every enquiry is handled personally and quotes are prepared in good faith. A brief reply, even to decline, allows us to update our records and avoid any further follow-up messages.
We use WhatsApp where customers have chosen to enquire via that platform, as many clients appreciate quick and convenient communication. If someone asks not to be contacted, we of course respect that.
Edit: I have no record of any such emoji being sent, we conduct ourselves in a professional manner at all times, as our 1000s of other happy customers on Trustpilot will attest.
