I had an appointment with Carl Lewis today to have my CV updated.

Absolutely amazing..!! I have recently gone self employed and Clare and the team have helped me out tremendously from answering questions about tax returns to funding equipment. I get a phone call once a month to see how things are going and offer her advice.

My appointment for NCS with Carl Lewis was very helpful and he didn’t rush anything or speak too fast, we went through everything together and asked if I was happy with my updated CV, I’m pleased with my updated CV

I attended a career advice appointment which was very helpful and useful. Created a CV and had lots of useful information provided to me by Carl. Recommend using Jobs 22 to anyone looking for any career advice.

My appointment was with Carl Lewis we spoke about my CV and created a new one (very happy)
He has also put me forward for my forklift licence and CSCS card which I will await contact from the parties involved

Very pleasant experience

My employment coach was Clare Kumi. After a particularly difficult couple of years in my personal life, Clare gave me all the support and professional guidance I needed to start my own business and get back to work around my young children. Clare was so understanding and patient with me during the times when i was close to giving up, and assisted me with finding a solution and a way through. Personally i feel she went above and beyond her role to support me, and for this myself and my family will be forever grateful to her for this. There was never any pressure or deadlines, and the help is there if you need it. Although employment support can seem excessive at times via the job centre, Jobs22 are better equipped from a professional perspective to assist you dependant upon your individual circumstances and e.g. help you in a particular field such as self employment. Clare completely understood me, my circumstances and what I was trying to achieve. I highly recommend working with jobs 22. Special thanks to Clare Kumi for your kindness and support. I will miss our catch ups! :)

This programme is not fit for purpose. I was forced by DWP to go on it.

They did everything wrong; they pretended to help me renew a valid form of ID, only to re-use details from my birth certificate to re-order another copy!

They have no motivation or drive, at each appointment, I can literally hear the cynical undertone and lack of confidence in the job hunting process.

This programme is not adequately designed to help people back in to work. Jobs22 cannot be trusted! they’re just another last ditch attempt for the DWP to save face from their National failure!
