The ability to make changes directly to…
The ability to make changes directly to my resume, apply templates directly, download and send resume to email.
Some templates needs improvement and fix, for example in adding Language section and if I wanted to choose my level it forces me to add them as bars which are inconvenient and does not reflect the actual level nor is well reflected on the resume professionally , so I had to add it as a separate section .
In the contact information zip codes should not be regarded with the score therefore highlighting the resume in the score for that is not convenient specially for international users, I only need to add city.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience. While we offer our services through a subscription model, designed to provide ongoing access and support (professionally designed resume and cover letter templates, AI-powered content suggestions, ATS compliance formatting tools, etc.), we understand that priorities change and that budgeting for a subscription can be challenging. For these reasons, we're always striving to improve our offering to provide the best value without neglecting our users' needs.
Please feel free to contact us at customerservice@jobhero.com to inquire about available special offers, if you have any other questions, or need further assistance. We'd be happy to help. Thank you again for your feedback, and wish you much success!

Great program but check your bank statement regularly…
From the trial cost to the full program price I was double charged every month. I didn't realize it until I cancelled my subscription at which time they continued to charge me two more months and the very last month before my bank stepped in to stop them, they tried charging my account 3 times in one month!! So if you use this amazing software be diligent in checking your bank statement for overcharges. I was upset because I loved their program and would of used it anytime I needed that service, but now I will not use it ever, can't afford the triple billing and no customer support
