Missing dress - no customer service
Purchased 2 dresses. Received package completely unsealed (unsure if it was not properly sealed or if it’s simply a poor packaging issue). Only 1/2 dresses were still in the package. Reached out to Joanie immediately and received no response. Have followed up twice more and still nothing. The dress I received is beautiful and fits lovely! But I have now paid for a dress not received and am receiving no customer service at all. It has been a full week. Do better Joanie.

I ordered 4 dresses expecting to keep one and return the remaining. I loved them all so now have 4 new dresses 😊 Beautiful quality and great fit.

Fantastic product and service
I ordered online late December prior to Christmas and it arrived within 48 hours. Recyclable packagings and I was so happy with the outfit. True to size, beautiful soft cord. Love it! Going to be a go to for a very long time 😊
