Item was dispatched promptly and arrived quickly. The jumpsuit is awesome and good quality. I liked it at full price but loved fact it was in sale when I went to buy it.
Will be back again

Quality of clothing is really good - all items were well made. Sizing was pretty spot on for me - true to size I felt.

I had to return all items as they did not look good on me - 2 of them made me look really bulky and about 3 sizes bigger than I am.
Returning was easy and they received the return quickly.

While I love the clothing styles, not sure I would rush to shop again due to this experience.

The worst customer service team I have ever had to deal with. No one gets back to you. 2 orders I made never made it to me and just got returned to sender for details on parcel not being correct! Honestly it’s put me off ever returning.

I absolutely adore my new dress. It's curvy and gorgeous and made me feel beautiful when out over the festive season. Thank you thank you, Joanie, for making fabulous things for those with shapely shapes.

My first time ordering from Joanie. I ordered a dress at £85 and contacted customer services shortly after placing my original order to amend the size, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response before it was dispatched. I returned that order and placed a second one in the correct size. I was then charged £3 to return the original dress and was charged £7 for ‘next day delivery’ even though it came 2 days after - that’s £10 I paid for a dress I tried to amend!

A little after a over a day after purchasing, the same dress was included in a 40% winter sale, reducing the price to £51. I contacted customer services to ask whether a price adjustment might be possible given how recently the order was placed. Now I am stuck with a £92 dress (including postage) and no communication at all from Joanie!!

Despite following up several times, I didn’t receive a response, which was incredibly disappointing as it left me unsure how to proceed, particularly as returns are chargeable.

The dress itself was lovely, but the lack of communication made the overall experience very disappointing, concerning and has made me incredibly anxious.

Fast, amazing quality, appreciate the ability to pay tariff costs in advance (I didn't vote for that guy). Thank you!

There was a delay in my order, which meant that I was asked to review the product before I had received it. It was probably just a Christmas thing, the people at Joanie were quick to respond.
The dress is amazing and really good quality. From a sizing point of view the 14 I ordered didn't fit across my bust, so if you have a large bust like me you need to go up a size.
I would definitely buy from Joanie again.

Lovely good quality dress.

I decided to visit the Joanie Clothing store after my daughter bought a dress from them that looked terrific! I ended up buying the same dress plus another one for good measure, and because they were both on sale, I was very happy with the price too! What I love about the clothes I have bought so far is the quality of the cloth and also the manufacture, and also the little design features that set them apart from other high street brands. For example, the pockets in the dresses, the elastic on the buttons, and the lining in some of the dresses. I washed both items before wearing (a new habit I've got into) and was a bit worried there might be shrinkage or even colour run, but neither happened. It's still early days, but I'm hopeful that these items will retain their shape and quality for many washes to come!

Bought three items for Christmas presents and all were very well received. Good prices in the sale and good sizes available.

Excellent service, and product

Was really excited to order from Joanie Clothing for the first time but its just been disappointing!

Order some clothes that said they were due to be delivered before Christmas (wasn’t that bothered about Christmas delivery but thought ah amazing what a plus!) however I hadn’t heard anything about my delivery and Christmas had been and gone so I thought I’ll check my order. Only for it to say that it was delivered on Christmas Eve at 4 am. Which wasn’t the case I was in the whole day I have a ringing doorbell. Nobody came to my door with this parcel.

I’ve been trying to contact Joanie for days now and i understand with Christmas and New Years their opening times will be limited but ive had no response. I launched an investigation with Royal Mail who say it was delivered to one of their mail offices incorrectly so they are looking into this for me.

Then today to my surprise, I receive a refund from Joanie but no correspondence no reason nothing to say oh I’m sorry you didn’t receive your items heres what we can do. It’s literally radio silence from them. Their customer service is absolutely shocking!

It is the first time that I've ordered from Joanie but it won't be the last. I find the clothing of really good quality. I'm very happy with the things that I've bought and it was a bonus getting them in the sale. Beautiful and good quality clothing.
