Overall
Overall, I've had a good experience with Jamaica National Bank. There were times when I had difficulty logging into my account, which made it frustrating to access my services and send money. However, I contacted customer support, and they were able to identify and fix the issue. Since then, I've been able to log in successfully and send money without any problems. I appreciate that they resolved the issue, and I hope they continue improving the app's reliability to prevent similar login problems in the future.

When I entered the receiver's information and press next, it's still saying receiver information is needed and it kept happening over and over and it is frustrating. Took a lot to time before I finally got through and it happened with all the transactions I did.

Been a long time user but the service…
Been a long time user but the service is unreliable for the most part. Still feel like I dealing with personnel and systems that existed in the early 2000s. Perhaps developing an app may help with this. Also regular systems down time is very frustrating. Mainly use now due to them offering a slightly higher rate than the competition but the delays in paying the remittances in a timely basis and frustrations are not worth it!
