JM workforce provided staff on a regular basis, their team were reliable and polite, and were able to join in with the existing team with no issues.

This company is a family owned business out for a quick buck. HR and the management team are all either partners, cousins, siblings, or close friends. 
The higher jobs are set up and given to favoured staff. They will inform the individual prior to releasing the job to other staff and the wider community. This makes the interview pointless, but it has to be due to it being the law. I have seen this firsthand take place, as they will then communicate through social media. 

0 hour staff will also get 0 hours. Staff have to ask and ask if they have any chance and are told to wait but to constantly get no response. To say this, contracted staff are worked to the bone. The morale is extremely low, with staff mental health deteriorating at a steady pace. Many have said they do not feel supported, and if your face does not fit, they have no loyalty to you. You become a number that is easily replaceable. 
If you are lucky enough to get a shift, this is most likely to be taken away last second. This has happened to me several times. They will then give this to a favourite member of staff, who wants to get more hours. 
Once in a blue moon, they will contact you at the at the last minute and ask you to get there within the hour. This is a little different if you do not live close by. If you are unable and decline, you will either never be considered again or will receive up to 2-4 other HR members calling to ask the same question. 
Very unreliable, unprofessional, no support, bad communication, private company who make the rules up as they go along, winging everything they do and say. 
They just want to keep the money rolling in.

JM workforce offer a high standard of support and care. The team respond quickly with regards to urgent staffing and agency support. The management and carers are professional and respond to all situations in a timely manner whilst maintaining professionalism. I would highly recommend their service.

JM have been great at helping us to support our home with regular and well qualified staff. Any issues that have come up have always been dealt with quickly and professionally. The team always have someone on standby should last minute staffing be required and this has been a real life saver at times when covering sickness etc. We use JM frequently and would highly recommend them to other organisations in the future.

JM are quick to find cover and support where needed. Generally speaking the staff profiles are thorough and provide good evidence of safer recruitment checks, where there are gaps they are quickly remedied.

On occasion where there is someone sent whose attitude is questionable and they have been negligent in their duties, JM are quick to respond and inform of actions taken,

JM Workforce are always on hand when we need emergency or planned cover for our homes. They are easy to contact and communicate with. JM will do their very best to ensure we have cover for our homes with adults who match well with the children. They go out of their way to provide us with regular adults who our children know and have positive relationships with.
