Always use JLN for plumbing and boiler issues, but have never used their newly added Electrician before today. Rich Thompson was booked to replace my security light, and arrived promptly, did the job efficiently and cleared up after. All the usual JLN professionalism and I'm very happy.

Having previously had JLN come to service our boiler and do our gas safety certificate and always having been impressed by how friendly knowledgable and professional everyone we dealt with was, we were adamant JLN were the right company to do our air conditioning installation when we were finally able to buy our first home.

We were fortunate enough to have JLN come out to install our whole home air conditioning system last week, initially we had the owner Jim and what can only be described as project manager of the troupe Scott (was also on the tools more than just about anyone else!) come out to survey our house for the initial quote, both of them exceedingly knowledgable and polite, really interested to listen to the what and the how of how we wanted our installation to go.

The week of the installation we had the lads Paddy, Jamie, Craig, Josh and Scott (two Scott’s on a work site is great fun!) and new addition Rich on electrics attend and the work began!

From start to finish the guys were respectful of maintaining a clean tidy work area, dust sheets went down on all the carpets to protect them and keep them clean, advice was given to support in moving furniture to reduce risk where appropriate and the lads clearly took a great deal of pride in their work. Living in a new build we have had a plethora of trades through this house for remedial and snags and we haven’t yet met a group of trades as good and as courteous as these guys. A huge credit to the company honestly.

Air conditioning when installing 5 indoor units and two outdoor units is always going to be quite an invasive process in terms of the amount of work required, the guys genuinely made it look effortless.

Where there were decisions of preference to be made I was always consulted and given clear simple explanations and reccomend actions on the course of the installation.

The installation has been done immaculately well, all the units are absolutely spot on all the trunking and conduit is absolutely perfectly level and the guys took their time to get these details right, something I am particularly happy about.

The amazing experience doesn’t end there, the supplier had an issue during the run up to our installation where one of our outdoor units for the air con was damaged in transit into the uk, the team prepared me for the worst that they would do everything bar that and have to come back when the replacement was in stock again, but the lovely Fay in the office even managed to get the replacement unit in and on site for the last day of the install!! What a result a well organised team effort can achieve!

Wouldn’t hesitate in the slightest to recommend JLN for your air conditioning install. Thanks again to the whole team for a first class experience.
