Great puzzle, terrible packaging
The puzzle is great and i love the art, but when i pay £20 for a puzzle i expect the box to be packaged properly. Not in a bubble mailer with a fragile sticker on it.(as if anyone ever payed attention to that)
I wont buy from them again unless i know they wont cheap out again and decide to start using boxes to protect the puzzle box.

Thank you for your review. We send out hundreds of puzzles each week and find that for smaller orders, the packaging we use is suitable. The bubblewrap offers protection, whilst the poly bag ensures rain does not damage the contents. If your puzzle sustained any damage in the post, please do reach out to us.

Damaged pieces
One of The Gibsons jigsaws has a piece completely broken in half and a number of others which are "bent". I cannot imagine that Gibsons would have sole this, but perhaps they pass faulty ones on to you to sell cheaper?
Infuture I will go back to buying direct from the manufacturer.

C'est du papier, il n'y a aucun plaisir à faire ces puzzles, pixelisé à mort, aucune qualité nulle part, c'est juste bon à jeter.

The items on the website were in AUD which made it a much simpler process to purchase.
