Absolutely amazing. What ive learned in 2 months has really changed my perception of weight loss. James has been fantastic and i am so much happier both physically and emotionally.

I’ve been training with JG Physique for almost two years, and I work closely with Amy, who is the coach guiding me through my personalized program. From the very beginning, Amy and James (JG Physic founder) have been much more than a fitness coach - she’s a mentor, a motivator, and a true friend.

When I started, I was stuck in a cycle of yo-yo dieting and fluctuating mental and physical health. Amy helped me break that pattern and build sustainable, healthy habits that have transformed my life. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve become incredibly disciplined with my diet, water intake, and daily physical activity. People around me constantly comment on how well I’m doing, and many have even been inspired to improve their own lifestyles.

My body doesn’t respond easily to weight loss due to hormonal challenges, but the progress I’ve made is undeniable - and visible to everyone. Amy’s support goes far beyond workouts. She’s always there to answer my questions, lift me up when I’m feeling down, and motivate me when results are slow. Her energy is contagious - she makes me smile even on the toughest days. I genuinely can’t imagine a week without talking to her or seeking her advice.

Another amazing part of being with JG Physique is the sense of community that James, has created. He regularly organizes personal development events and keeps us connected, which makes the journey feel shared and supported. It’s not just about fitness - it’s about growing together, learning from each other, and feeling part of something bigger.

The most incredible part is how this journey has unconsciously influenced my colleagues. Many have started going to the gym, eating healthier, and focusing on their own wellness - all sparked by the changes they’ve seen in me.

Its funny how whenever they get a bad review their excuse is "Account not verified" or "Must be fake" just because I don't want to engage with them after my review and you cant accept it. I am unhappy with them. Review done. You were very rude to me. No need to try get me to contact you. Its my opinion and I stand by it. I am 100% correct it was your business. James and his team at JGPhysique have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Right from the outset they understood my goals and worked with me on a tailored plan to help get me into the right mindset and framework that I had been lacking. I've really enjoyed the experience, and over the past 3 months have found myself feeling so much more confident and better about myself. Paula is an amazing coach and over this short period has helped me get back into a routine of working out, making sure I get the right nutrition, and steps in. More importantly I've enjoyed every minute of it, and the results are clearly visible. I've lost over 8kgs and feel so much more positive. I cannot recommend James and the team at JGPhysique enough if you're looking to better yourself.

Honestly I have been so happy with the experience. The service and attention has been excellent. Every person I have met has been very friendly, and professionally at every level.
The actually service/plan for me has worked better than I could of hoped, and my journey of fitness/ weight loss has made such a difference to my life physically and mentally.
If you think that this is a magic wand service that magics you to a better body then you will be disappointed, and to get result requires a lot of hard work and commitment. They will give you every tool you would need to achieve your goal from nutrition, workout plans, support, encouragement and the app works well.

I’ve been with JG Physique since November 2024 - This programme has enabled me to lose the most weight I have ever lost. I feel stronger than ever. The support network is great the coaches work really hard and have my progress and objectives at the focus of their mind. This programme is tailored to me and that’s why it’s working along with healthy accountability to my coach. Would recommend to anyone who has struggled with diets to try this!

I worked With JG fitness over the last few months .. I had a great experience in terms of weight loss and strength gain ..but also I have a much better mind set , in terms of what makes me tick. JGP is incredibly supportive and rewarding. They work with every aspect of real-life challenges an individual faces to help instill longterm improvements and well-being. James Gough and his peers ensure to go above and beyond in positivity and understanding whenever I am facing an issue that impacts my ability to meet the set tasks and TTFB. The daily and weekly check-ins and meetings are critical to discussing things as they happen while they ensure accountability and goals met. My programme is flexible and my coach is easily accessible for guidance, support and changes to agreed weekly plan.

I can't recommend JGP highly enough - please start by speaking to James Gough - you may just find the friend you have needed.

I found my experience with James Gough to be extremely disappointing. He came across as dismissive and unwilling to listen to others, which made working with him very difficult. His business style feels unprofessional and more focused on proving himself “right” than finding the right solution. The way he communicates with people is unpleasant and disrespectful, leaving me with no confidence in his approach. I would not recommend dealing with him.

Ive been working with JG Physique for nearly 12 months now. I have to say they are amazing. They genuinely care about your progress and want you to succeed. If you want to be healthier, fitter and lose weight, or even just a better person, do yourself a favour and get in touch with them. This weekend I attended a "Peak Performance Summit". It was mind blowing. Very influential people with motivation and inspiration palpable in the air. Simply amazing.
