I recently had a chain re-plated. The cost was reasonable, the process was really easy and I was kept up to date with what was happening the whole time by Jasmine. I was really happy with what they did. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Well done guys.

The whole process is efficient and professional from start to finish. I sent off my broken earring, received a very reasonable quote and then was kept informed as to the timings of repair and return. I had my wife's Diamond ring repaired, (missing one diamond), which was replaced to match the other diamond, i was advised to have all the 12 claws replaced in the ring which i did, to stop future loss of diamonds, as the ring was quite old, the Ring was returned to me in beautiful condition, my wife was very happy with the ring...

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to this company for repairing my pendant. It had been sitting in a box for nearly 25 years and originally belonged to my grandmother who passed away. It may not be valuable, but it is incredibly sentimental to me.

My baby daughter was born last year on the same birthday as her great-grandmother and even has her name as a middle name. That made me realise it was finally time to take the pendant out, have it repaired, and keep it safe so that one day I can pass it on to her.

The jewellery repair was done perfectly and at a very reasonable price. The quality is excellent, communication was great, and delivery was very fast.
